How does mindfulness help?

It's important to remember that meditation and mindfulness are two separate things. Meditation is the practice of focusing our attention on either silencing the mind or to reflect on something that has been on our mind. Mindfulness is the practice of intentional awareness of your thoughts, feelings, sensations, and surrounding environment in a non-judgmental way.

In my classes we explore these two concepts by combining them together. I will teach you how to settle the mind into a meditative state, while also incorporating mindfulness!
